We’re looking to fill a full-time position for a Growth Officer. You’re in charge of qualifying new leads, closing deals and finding new avenues for growth.

• Deep understanding of the technology and platforms that we run

Responsibilities:

• Act as point person for educating clients on new features and opportunities
• Write, edit, revise and complete compelling emails, proposals, and other documents to help prospective and current clients understand projects and related decisions
• Maintain accurate, timely and detailed documentation for deals, client relationships and projects
• Successfully manage and grow relationships with partners in hosting, technology and related areas

Bonus:

• Some level of PHP and WordPress experience
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and HubSpot CRM

Lil Blurb: Time spent working would be around 5-7 hours per day. We’re focused on Eastern Standard Time (EST) from 11am-7pm. You can work in other parts of the world and during times you wish. However, you will need excellent time management skills, as the team meets once per day to discuss deliverables, and are available from certain time periods for customer collaboration. This means you must be present, and regularly check-in to provide us with your status. Over-communication will be key to your success. People that have great habits in place for time tracking, organization, and self-management are an ideal fit for us.
